Here, ancient volcanic soils impart a flinty minerality to the hand-harvested Garganega grapes. In the cellar, lees stirring and light oak aging add a rich texture and further complexity to the wine. Look forward to vibrant aromas of apricots, white peach, and lemon, underpinned by wild mint and sage. The palate is soft and rounded, with flavors of dried mango and apricot, mingled with fresh lemon and mineral hints.
